Split Bum | Skirt Support

Skirts supports are key to obtaining a perfect 18th century silhouette. The type of support you choose will determine the drape of your gowns. This particular style has two small pillows in fixed position on a single cotton tape. There is also a cotton panel underneath the pillows to keep your skirts and shift from getting tangled or your supports from getting pinched. To add this feature to your outfit, tie the tape around your waist over your stays prior to putting on your petticoat.
