Blue and White Rose Ginger Jar

Ginger jars are traditionally made in China in fine porcelain. Many of these were produced specifically to be sold on the "Western market" and used as decorative pieces or canisters. This jar stands 11" tall at the top of the domed lid, and about 7" in diameter at its widest.
